• In order to have the full papers to be included in the conference proceedings, at least one of the author(s) must register in full registration (early bird registration) before or on 7 April 2019.  Each full registration entitles for a maximum of 2 conference paper publication by the same author.  Any additional papers must be accompanied with additional paper publication fee.

• Student registration does not provide any paper publication. Student registration does not provide any conference dinner.

• Registration for the publication and presentation of papers must be done by one of the author(s) of the papers. Papers will be withdrawn if none of the authors is registered.

• Papers which are not presented will not be uploaded to IEEE Xplore database.

• Early bird registration is till 7 April 2019. Payment made by credit cards or bank transfer should be in Singapore Dollars. 

• On-line registration closes one week before the conference date.

For Student Registration, student status verification is required either by a letter from the Institution or a scanned copy of the student card. Student registration does not come with conference dinner or paper publication.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

(a) All banking charges on credit card, if any must be borne by the participants.

(b) Registration fees do not include accommodation and travel.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Refunds will be subjected to an administrative charge to be borne by the registrant if the request is made by 1 May 2019. Bank charges that occur will also have to be borne by the registrant.

Registrants may wish to send someone to take their places without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name to dvbattul@yahoo.com at least two weeks prior to the event start date. No refunds will be provided for late cancellation or no-show.
